Dispatch Manager

Hours: Full time - Temporary Position
Salary: upto 22k pa (pro rata)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dispatch manager to work in our Monmouth office. Jolly Clothing is a clothing brand specialising in seasonal fashion and sold in over 62 countries worldwide. With continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced manager to join our team for our busy Christmas season. You’ll need good organisational and interpersonal skills, and have an eye for detail and accuracy.

This role will include responsibility for sales orders, from receipt to dispatch of goods from several ecommerce platforms icluding Amazon and Notonthehighstreet.com.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Oversee order processing - taking receipt of picking lists, reviewing content and issuing to pickers and packers
  • Manage staff to ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner from receipt through to dispatch correctly
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of orders are the best they can be.
  • Maintain the inhouse order and stock systems
  • Stock control 
  • Oversee post out 

Skills/Experience

  • 1 year or more warehouse/dispatch management experience ideal
  • Computer literate
  • Experience of ecommerce channels would be desireable
  • Highly organised

Sales Administrator

Start date: Immediately
Location: Wyastone Business Park, Monmouth
Hours: Full time
Salary: upto £18k pa (pro rata)

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with administrative experience to join an independent fashion label based in Monmouth on a temporary basis. Jolly Clothing design and produce quality printed garments in the UK, selling on multiple ecommerce platforms to over 62 countries around the world.

The role will involve a number of administrative duties, including, adding new products and checking existing products on marketplaces, working on databases, inventory management and sales order processing.

Principal Responsibilities
Managing sales channels, ensuring copy, images and prices are accurate and compelling to the customer.
General office/ administrative support and management
Managing online stock levels
Support the brand in the development and delivery of the digital marketing strategy for the company. In particular monitoring and adding content to the social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and blogs.
Process Sales orders and maintain the in house order system
To complete other ad-hoc duties that may be required and to meet the needs of the company within the broad remit of this post.

Skills & Experience:

Essential
At least 1 years experience of working in an ecommerce office environment or similar
Ability to take direction and interpret requests accurately and meet deadlines and take a disciplined approach to processes
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Numerate and analytical
Outstanding attention to detail
Strong initiative
Computer literate

Desirable:
Basic understanding of Adobe photoshop or similar
Good working knowledge of social media platforms inc pinterest, facebook and twitter
Copywriting/journalistic skills an advantage

Junior Graphic Designer

Hours: Full time
Salary: upto £18k pa (pro rata)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Junior Graphic Designer to work in our Monmouth office.

Jolly Clothing design and produce quality printed garments in the UK, selling on multiple ecommerce platforms to over 62 countries around the world.

You’ll need a keen eye for design, photography and typography. As the company grows, we are looking for someone to create and update our different platforms, including multiple websites, producing and designing digital content.
If you’re a talented, driven and dynamic designer who thrives on creativity, innovation and being versatile, then we’d love to hear from you.
An interest in fashion and e-commerce would be highly desirable.

Main requirements/responsibilities:

  • Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills
  • Creating imagery to be used on sales channels and across social media
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience with eCommerce Platforms an advantage
  • Experience of working to a specific design brief
  • Must have a good eye for design and a creative flair

This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience and further develop their graphic design skills. The successful candidate will have a great work ethic, a passion for delivering results and an engaging personality.
